LANDCRUISER 300 ALARM
At Berwick Toyota, your peace of mind is always our top priority.
We’d like to make you aware of a minor issue that may affect some LandCruiser 300 models. In certain cases, the vehicle’s security alarm may activate unexpectedly when unlocking.
What you might notice:
• The alarm may sound when unlocking via remote or smart entry
• It can occur if the vehicle has been locked for an hour or more
• Pressing unlock a second time will stop the siren
The good news:
✅ A software update is now available to prevent this from occurring
✅ All LC300 vehicles built from 11 September 2025 onwards already include this update
✅ If your vehicle was built earlier, we can install the update at no cost to you.
